As the Financial Manager, you will oversee the church’s financial systems to ensure our resources are stewarded with excellence. Your role will involve monitoring and adjusting budgets, tracking giving, and providing financial insights that help advance the mission of Calvary Orlando. You will also execute financial controls and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and maintaining day-to-day financial operations
- Monitoring and adjusting budgets to align with ministry goals
- Executing financial controls and procedures to safeguard church resources
- Producing accurate financial reports for leadership
- Providing strategic financial guidance to support ministry growth

Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a faith-driven financial professional who combines a love for numbers with a heart for ministry. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic church environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management (required)
•  Previous experience in financial management (nonprofit or church experience is a plus!)
•  Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
•  A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
•  A heart for the mission and values of Calvary Orlando
