Buddy Break Volunteer Training
- Dec 6th, 1:30-3pm
Buddy Break is a free parents’ day out/respite program where kids with all types of special needs (VIP kids) have fun, while their parents get a break! This program is for VIP kids and their siblings ages 2–18.
VIPs are kids with special needs, which include any physical, cognitive, medical, or hidden disability, chronic or life-threatening illness, or those who are medically fragile.
No previous experience with VIP kids is necessary to be a Buddy or an additional volunteer. You must be at least 14 years of age, and you will be trained through a two-hour Buddy Training 101 class. Background checks are required of all volunteers 18 years of age and above.

Join us on Wednesday, November 12th from 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. for a fun day of decorating as we prepare for the Christmas season.
